About the actor:
38-year-old Florian Seufer-Wasserthal began his career at the Schlosshotel at the age of 16 Freisitz Roith am Traunsee and completed his training as a qualified sommelier at WIFI in Austria. Stations in top international restaurants shaped his path: including as commis sommelier at Christian Bau (3 stars), as head sommelier in the 2-star restaurant Mayer's in Zell am See and for five years in the star restaurant Pauly Saal in Berlin. Stages took him as far as Latin America - to the Pujol in Mexico City and to the Boragó in Santiago de Chile.

Ticket sale:
You must order workshop tickets before the workshop, the number of participants for the Workshop is limited. Participation in this workshop costs 5 euros (also for students) and is free with a student ID. Why are we offering paid tickets this year? The restaurants put a lot of effort into creating a pleasant experience for you. Unfortunately, in recent years, workshops have often been booked and then not attended. We thought that was a shame because other interested parties couldn't take part. The fee is intended to ensure that this happens less. The money will be donated to the #proudtokellner initiative.
