During a short meeting we go outside to relax and share experiences.

The Little Red Riding Hoods can be found every month in all fourteen areas of the city of Rotterdam and provide 'self-care moments' for informal caregivers close to home.

During a short meeting of two hours we go outside to relax and share experiences. We also discuss a theme every month: Explanation of Me-Time journal for informal caregivers*, Self-care, Letting go, Setting boundaries, Thought power, Reflecting on yourself, Breathing, Balance and Resilience.
