2-day workshop | Elias Bohunický & Adriana Cíl
This workshop is not about constellations only as a method.
It is about constellations as a living field that manifests itself every day -
in partnerships, in the family, at work, in the body, in shame and in the way we stand on Earth.
We start from a phenomenological approach =
we do not look for explanations with our heads, but let reality unfold she showed herself - through the body, movement, tension and relational field.
Instead of asking "Why did this happen?" we ask:
"What is happening here when I do not add anything and do not take anything away?"
The workshop is intended for people who want to:
- recognize constellations in their own daily life
- understand why certain relational situations are repeated for them
- experience constellations through the body, not only through a story
- get a clearer sense of place, boundaries and inner supports
What will the workshop be about?
+ phenomenological approach in constellations – phenomenon before meaning
+ body as a compass in the system (breath, movement, support, tension)
+ open and closed systems and their impact on self-esteem and boundaries
+ self-worth, emotional needs and inner beliefs
+ roles we subconsciously choose in life and in constellations
+ three laws of life (belonging, order, giving and taking) in everyday practice
+ "Being in your place" as a bodily, not a mental experience
constellations that we live - outside the circle, in real situations
We work experientially:
- through the body, simple exercises, constellation demonstrations, work in the field and sharing. Without pushing, at the pace of the nervous system.

Why the two of us together?
Adriana and I meet in the same field, just from different sides.
She brings a deep understanding of psychic patterns, emotional needs and systemic dynamics.
I bring the body, the Earth, shame, the nervous system and the phenomenological attitude of "I see what is".
Where the psyche needs meaning, the body needs support.
Where the system shows the pattern, the Earth shows the place.
Together we create a space where constellations are not a technique or a ritual, but a living language of life that can be recognized in everyday situations - in how I stand, decide, give, take and where I actually belong.

Topic: Seeing the field in which I live
- introductory circle and personal question
- hypnotherapeutic visualization (work with the subconscious)
- phenomenological attitude in constellations and life
- systems in which we grew up (open vs. closed system)
- first constellation inputs and demonstrations
- integration of the day
Saturday | 9:00 - 18:00
Topic: Where I belong and how to stand there
- self-worth, emotional needs, inner beliefs
- body, earth and sense of place in life
- roles in the system, shame and regulation of the nervous system
- model "For everyone - With others - All for me"
- skin - muscles - bones | head – heart – pelvis
- constellations of everyday situations
- integration and conclusion of the workshop

Price: until 15.3.2026 = €280
from 16.3. 2026 = €320

Course cancellation: from 20/03/2026 is 100% of the course
Accommodation and food: we do not provide, it is at your own expense
On site you will have water, tea, small snacks, fruit
