The forum. Nutrition today (F.EH) was founded in 1991, based in Vienna and organizes its activities to promote nutrition and health-related information on a image of man that assumes enlightened and responsible consumers. The F.EH sees itself as a competence center in which scientific expertise for all questions about nutrition, nutritional education and nutritional ecology as well as active lifestyles is bundled. The F.EH wants to develop broadly accepted solutions for practice via fact -based information, an open and transparent dialogue and an intensive knowledge transfer between business, science, politics and consumers. A scientific advisory board with representatives of all relevant disciplines supports the F.eh in its activities. The association work is essentially supported by contributions from the club members who are done by important companies in the food industry.
