Jan Váňa

Singer and lyricist originally from Tábor in South Bohemia. He usually performs with electric guitar and bass, looping both instruments through the computer, but lately he prefers the acoustic guitar alone. He released two home-recorded EPs, several singles, in 2021 he performed in the Wombat Sessions series and in May 2021 he released the first studio double single called Tajem, written in collaboration with Prokop Korb ( alias Badfocusem). He invited him as a producer for the debut album A na na Jordan dopadla tma , which was published in April 2024. He currently lives in Prague, where he studies text and screenwriting at the Jaroslav Ježek Conservatory. This is also reflected in his music, where the lyrics play a very important role.
