PHILOSOPHIE-PARTY Berlin

The philosophy party is aimed at everyone who would like to philosophize and serves to promote understanding on the most general level. An academic background is not necessary, but a desire for serious work is required.

Understanding requires an inspiring atmosphere that should be shared by everyone. This is particularly about a culture of celebration that offers a variety of frameworks for activities, using many media and forms of expression such as music, art, etc.

The principle of self-organization should dominate as much as possible in all activities. The forms of the events are based on open organizational patterns that enable dialogic activities and also create space for small groups. (See e.g. Open space).

We do not belong to any political, religious, commercial, esoteric, ideological or governmental organizational unit.
We ask that esotericists, conspiracy theorists, Putin understanders and right-wing, left-wing and other extremists find other groups.

Our meetings are free, but we ask for a donation to cover room rent if you have money. If you're broke right now, you don't have to pay.
Anyone who comes should make a small contribution at some point.
