Zigmal e.V. offers psychosocial support for men, focusing on both individual and social aspects of well-being. We support men whose needs may not be met by existing public services, providing a space to be heard and understood. Our approach is based on the belief that the resources for change already lie within each person — but you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Founded in Berlin in 2024, Zigmal is here to help you make sense of what’s happening and take meaningful steps toward what matters most to you. Whether you’re in Berlin or elsewhere, you can think of Zigmal as a resource whenever you need support.
