Claire Rousay + support: Adela Mede

The concert of Claire Rousay, a Canadian-American experimental artist and composer, will take place on November 21 in Tabačka in Košice.

Rousay is known for her unique approach to music, in which she combines field recordings with structured ambient elements and "musique concrète" procedures.

Her work transcends the conventional boundaries of music and connects abstract and personal elements into a single whole. Her album Sentiment meditates on the emotions of loneliness, nostalgia and sentiment. In music, it offers a narrative of subtle musical gestures and a bold synthesis of diverse influences. Claire creates in intimate spaces – from bedrooms to hotel rooms, which gives her music depth and intimacy.
