Strengthen the body, calm the mind, promote resilience: About contact with Breathing, conscious movements and a meditative orientation will help you find your center again. In our classes the focus is on presence instead of performance, on experiencing the moment and an appreciative attitude for the unique person that you are.
This course is for you if you already have yoga experience and want to deepen it (Level 2).
- 6 dates from November 3rd to December 8th, 2025
- Every Monday from 7 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. (90 min)
- Cost: 105 EUR (90 EUR for low earners)
