About event
Strengthen the body, calm the mind, promote resilience: through contact to the breath, conscious movements and a meditative orientation, Hatha Yoga helps you to find your own center again. In our classes the focus is on presence instead of performance, on experiencing the moment and an appreciative attitude for the unique person that you are.
This course is for you if you already have a lot of yoga experience and a regular yoga practice (Level 3).
- 6 dates from November 4th to December 9th, 2025
- Every Tuesday from 7 p.m. to 8.30 p.m (90 min)
- Cost: 105 EUR (90 EUR for low earners)
