About event
Strengthen the body, calm the mind, promote resilience: Through contact with the breath, conscious movements and a meditative orientation, Hatha Yoga helps you to find your own center again. In our classes the focus is on presence instead of performance, on experiencing the moment and an appreciative attitude for this unique person that you are.
This course is for you if you already have yoga experience, at least a basic course (level 2).
- 6 dates from November 4th to December 9th, 2025
- Every Tuesday from 5.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m p.m. (60 min)
- Cost: 90 EUR (80 EUR for low earners)
