Attune to safety, sensitivity and inner peace, like wrapping yourself in a soft, warm blanket and your body and mind can relax. Let yourself be embraced by harmonious sounds that will lead you to deep regeneration and quieting of the nervous system.
The sound bath works with vibrating tones of special instruments that resonate throughout the body and have beneficial effects.

Jakub Španihel, a musician and sound therapist who has been working on the positive effects of sound for more than 5 years, will guide you through the sound journey.
He studied musicology and completed a course in holistic music therapy.
