About event
Treat yourself to a spring detox and harmonization through the beneficial vibrations of the sound bath.
Feel safety, sensitivity and inner peace, like wrapping yourself in a soft, warm blanket. Relax your body and mind and let yourself be embraced by harmonious sounds that will lead you to a deep regeneration and quieting of the nervous system.
The sound bath works with vibrating tones of special instruments that resonate throughout the body and have beneficial effects.
WAITING FOR YOU
* deep immersion in the vibrations of Tibetan bowls, didgeridoo and aliquot singing
* glockenspiel, ocean drum, shaman drum, folk pipes and other music therapy instruments
* space to calm down, relax and slow down

* safe environment and time just for you
Jakub Španihel, a musician and sound therapist who has been working on the positive effects of sound for more than 5 years, will guide you through the sound journey.
