Each week we connect with one of the 7 main chakras/energy centers, their associated elements, colors, properties and Bija mantras. Blockages in the chakras are dissolved, allowing life energy to flow freely again and the chakras are charged with new energy so that they can connect with each other harmoniously and in balance. This has a healing effect on body, mind and soul and enables us to live our lives freely and fully in accordance with our abilities and potential. Gentle and activating exercises are combined.
