Volleyball Arena

Our mission is to live beach volleyball in Barcelona. Design spaces for the practice of outdoor beach volleyball in Barcelona. Disseminate teaching as a basis for progress and team enjoyment. These are spaces used for body and environment care. Directed for lovers of the beach volleyball, who are interested in training, learning or competing.

Arena Manifesto
1. Find your favorite position and do it yours for a season. Then, change it and start again.
2. Extract everything you can from the beach volleyball: Learn from your classmates, learn from your coaches, learn from the wind, learn from the sand.
3. Teach it all, do not keep secret. The more you share, the better you play.
4. Each game is an experiment. Play, risk, repeat, invent, have fun.
5. The discipline in Arena is to play as if nobody saw you and care for the environment as if everyone looked at you.
6. There are no mistakes, only balls that you still don't master. Keep playing.
7. The only real rule is to continue playing. The more you play, the more luck you are.
8. Do not think and play at the same time, do it separately and enjoy both.
9. Be happy while you play beach volleyball; If you are not, you are doing something wrong.

Always carry sun cream, laugh a lot and remember you see you in the sand to strengthen through sport
