STREDY S HISTÓRIOU

The Tourist Information Office of the City of Žilina invites you to a cycle called Wednesdays with History - commented shows with a guide to Michal Chudík.

Once a month we will meet together to discover the most interesting places in the center of Žilina. Always on a different topic, always in a different place but always with the same goal - to learn a piece of history. Jewish or Art Nouveau Žilina? Industry or gastronomy? Art or theater? Do not hesitate to sign up for a unique city tour. We will commemorate the representatives of the Jewish community who significantly contributed to the modern image of Žilina. As part of the tour we will also visit Jewish monuments such as Jewish old-age, new synagogue, Jewish cemetery or memorial journey without return.

Admission: 4 € adult / 2 € student / free (child under 6 years, disabled, senior).
