The Tourist Information Office of the City of Žilina invites you to a cycle called Wednesdays with History - commented shows with a guide to Michal Chudík.
Once a month we will meet together to discover the most interesting places in the center of Žilina. Always on a different topic, always in a different place but always with the same goal - to learn a piece of history. Jewish or Art Nouveau Žilina? Industry or gastronomy? Art or theater? Do not hesitate to sign up for a unique tour of the city. We invite you to a unique walk through the streets of Žilina, where history blends with artistic elegance into a time when the city turned into a modern center with refinement in the spirit of Art Nouveau - a style of flower motifs, curved lines and artistic details. During the tour, we will look at Rosenfeld's palace, the most beautiful Art Nouveau building in the city, where we will show all the elements of the Art Nouveau.
Admission: 4 € adult / 2 € student / free (child under 6 years, disabled, senior).
